Will I receive a receipt for my contribution?
As of today, Alayn is not yet a registered charity and therefore cannot provide taxable donation receipts. However we do provide internal receipts to provide complete transparancy to all of our donors.
Where do the orphans live?
Alayn does not believe in removing orphans from their hometowns unless they are in immediate danger. We believe strongly in the thought that it takes a village to raise a child, and therefore we make sure that each child has shelter in their own towns or are cared for by extended family memebers.
How can I see the impact my money is having ?
When a child is sponsored, the sponsor receives a CV. Every 6 months, our systems are updated with progress of the childs activity. These reports are shared with the sponsor so that you can see the effect you have had on the life of a child.
